I pay my YEL contributions myself
When you pay your YEL contributions yourself, you can order the YEL invoices as e-invoices to your online bank. Submit the order through your own online bank. Search the e-invoice senders to find Varma and select YEL insurance (YEL-vakuutus). More detailed instructions for ordering e-invoices for the online banking application you use are available from your own bank.
If you would like to receive YEL invoices by email, provide your email address to which you want invoices to be sent in the Varma Online Service: YEL insurance > Insurance policy information > Invoice recipient > Edit.
You can also receive invoices in Varma Online Service. If you would like to receive your invoice in the service, please contact our customer service by sending a message in Varma Online Service or by calling +358 10 192 100. Depending on your choice, you will receive a notification either by text message or e-mail when you have received an invoice in Varma Online Service.
My company pays my YEL contributions
If your company pays your YEL contributions, we can send the YEL invoices as electronic invoices to the company’s electronic invoicing address. Please provide us with the company’s online invoice address and operator through the Varma Online Service: YEL insurance > Insurance policy information > Invoice recipient > Edit.
If you would like to receive YEL invoices by email, provide your email address to which you want invoices to be sent in the Varma Online Service: YEL insurance > Insurance policy information > Invoice recipient > Edit.
