I pay my YEL contributions myself

When you pay your YEL contributions yourself, you can order the YEL invoices as e-invoices to your online bank. Submit the order through your own online bank. Search the e-invoice senders to find Varma and select YEL insurance (YEL-vakuutus). More detailed instructions for ordering e-invoices for the online banking application you use are available from your own bank.

If you would like to receive YEL invoices by email, provide your email address to which you want invoices to be sent in the Varma Online Service: YEL insurance > Insurance policy information > Invoice recipient > Edit.

You can change the receiving method of your invoice in Varma Online Service: YEL insurance > Insurance policy information > Edit invoice's recipient details and invoicing method > Invoice to Varma Online Service. Depending on your choice, you will receive a notification either by text message or e-mail when you have received an invoice in Varma Online Service.

My company pays my YEL contributions

If your company pays your YEL contributions, we can send the YEL invoices as electronic invoices to the company’s electronic invoicing address. Please provide us with the company’s online invoice address and operator through the Varma Online Service: YEL insurance > Insurance policy information > Invoice recipient > Edit.

E-invoices for households

Your TyEL insurance invoices can be sent as e-invoices to your personal online bank. Add a new e-invoice in your online bank by searching the e-invoice senders to find Varma and select TyEL insurance (TyEL-vakuutus). You need your TyEL insurance policy number and invoice number when adding the new e-invoice.
