Giosg Chat is used to provide chat services to people visiting our website.
We use Giosg Interaction Designer’s forms and pop-ups to provide up-to-date information on individual services, or to ask for contact details to support customer testing or sales. Contact details from insurance sales contact requests are forwarded to Salesforce.
Cookies used to improve the service
We monitor the use of and activities on our website with the help of Google tools,Matomo and Microsoft Clarity. These services save, among other things, the number of visitors and the time they spend on different web pages. Feedbackly questionnaire is used to collect feedback in order to improve our website.
Advertising and social media cookies
HubSpot is a marketing automation system, which collects data on how users use a website.
The website uses Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag cookies, which help us target advertising at the users visiting the website and monitor advertising results. However, Varma cannot identify the users that have visited the website.
On our website, we offer videos through YouTube and podcasts through SoundCloud. YouTube’s and SoundCloud’s cookies will not be installed until you launch a video or a podcast.
We utilise the Google Signals feature of Google Analytics to obtain information on the users’ purchase paths across devices and to adapt our advertising to better meet the users’ needs and interests. This information is only collected if the user has agreed to ads personalisation on their Google account and advertising and social media cookies on our website.
