Pensioner’s matters during the service interruption

You can manage your pension matters in Varma Online Service until January 16th at 3 p.m.

If you wish to increase your tax rate for pension payable on 3 February, please notify us of the increase by 12 noon on 14 January 2025 at the latest so that it can be taken into account in the payment of the pension for February. You can increase your tax rate in Varma Online Service or order a new tax card from the tax authorities.

During the service interruption when Varma Online Service is unavailable, you can order a new tax card for your pension from the tax authorities if you want to make changes to your tax rate. Tax cards received by Varma during the service interruption will be taken into account in the pension payable from 3 March. If too much tax has been withheld from the February pension, we will refund the excess tax as soon as possible after the end of the service interruption.
