Interruption in online services for private customers in January
There will be a service interruption in the pension services for private customers starting on January 16th at 3 PM. The service will be available again on January 30th. Under driftavbrottet är alla de onlinetjänster ur bruk, som berör privatkunders pensioner och rehabilitering.

Letters to pension customers at the turn of the year
Letters are available in Varma Online Service before the turn of the year. In the letter, you can see the amount of the 2025 pension with the index increment, the benefits paid in 2024, and the withholding amount. We will also send the turn-of-the-year letter by mail to our customers by the beginning January.
Tax cards for 2025 in force on 1 January 2025
From 2025, tax cards will enter into force already at the beginning of the year. We will receive pensioners’ tax cards for 2025 directly from the tax authorities in early December. You can view your tax card for 2025 and tax rate in the MyTax service at vero.fi in December 2024.
The earnings-related pension increases by 1,3 %
