In autumn 2021, we shortened the service hours of pension and rehabilitation matters as a trial. Customers reached us well during the trial and their feedback on customer service was excellent. The rating for customer service during the trial was 9.34.
From now on, we will continue to serve you in pension and rehabilitation matters from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm.
In addition to the telephone service, we also serve our private customers in Varma Online Service, which can be accessed using online banking and mobile credentials. All pension and rehabilitation matters can be dealt with in the online service. The online service offers functions such as the Messages and Attachments service, which can be used to securely send messages to Varma.
