During the last days of the year, our customer service will be available according to our normal customer service hours by phone at 010 192 100 (when calling from outside of Finland: +358 10 192 100):
- in insurance and payment matters from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (in Swedish and in English from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).
- in pension and rehabilitation matters from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (in all three languages).
