On Maundy Thursday 6 April we serve our customers
- in insurance and payment matters from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
- in pension and rehabilitation matters from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Our customer service is closed on Good Friday 7 April and on Easter Monday 10 April. However, you can always take care of all pension and rehabilitation matters and changes to your insurance and payment matters in our online service.
On other weekdays during the Easter time we serve our customers according to our regular customer service hours:
- in insurance and payment matters from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., on language lines from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- in pension and rehabilitation matters from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
