As service by publication, we hereby state that Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company has decisions or documents concerning the following persons or enterprises that the party concerned could not be informed of in some other way.
The decisions or documents concern an earnings-related pension insurance matter and are related to a matter whose disclosure is important in terms of the rights and obligations of the party concerned.
The service by publication is considered to have been effected on the seventh day after the publication of the notice (Administrative Procedure Act, Section 62.3). If the service concerns a decision, the time allowed for an appeal against the decision is 30 days from the receipt of the decision. The service shall be removed from Varma’s website after 30 + 7 days.
The documents are available from Varma (Salmisaarenranta 11, 00180 Helsinki). The documents are also available to the party concerned in the Varma Online Service by logging in to the service. There is no time limit on the availability of the documents.
